Introduction
1.1General provisions
This Creator Agreement governs the legal relationship between the CourseBoot platform and a creator who uses the platform to create, upload, publish, sell and monetize educational content. It defines the rights, obligations, restrictions, cooperation rules and responsibilities of the parties in connection with use of the platform's creator functionality.
1.2Who is a creator
A creator is a platform user who has access to the Creator Dashboard and uses CourseBoot to create, manage and sell courses, educational materials, AI avatar or AI voice content, certifications and other educational products.
- Create online courses.
- Upload educational and training materials.
- Use Course Builder and related course creation tools.
- Work with AI tools, AI avatars and AI voice features.
- Monetize their own educational content.
- Participate in partner and affiliate systems.
- Receive creator payouts under the platform's applicable revenue model.
1.3Acceptance of the terms
By using the Creator Dashboard, uploading content, publishing courses or using any creator service, the creator confirms full acceptance of this Creator Agreement.
A creator who does not agree with this Agreement may not use creator tools, publish content or monetize content through CourseBoot.
1.5Subject of regulation
This Agreement regulates the following areas of creator activity.
- Creation of courses.
- Uploading creator content.
- Content review and moderation.
- Rights in creator content.
- Use of creator content by the platform.
- Creator monetization.
- Revenue share models.
- Creator payouts.
- The effect of refunds and chargebacks.
- Prohibited content.
- Suspension or termination of creator access.
- Platform rights relating to creator accounts.
Creator eligibility
2.1Who can be a creator
A creator on CourseBoot may be an individual or legal entity that has the legal right to create, upload, publish and monetize educational content through the Creator Dashboard in accordance with this Agreement.
2.2Age requirements
To access creator functionality, the creator must be at least 18 years old.
A person under the age of 18 may use creator services only with the lawful permission of a parent, guardian or other legal representative who assumes legal responsibility for that person's actions.
2.3Responsibility for content
The creator is solely responsible for all content created, uploaded, published, sold or otherwise distributed through CourseBoot.
CourseBoot is not responsible for creator content uploaded or published by the creator.

- Accuracy of information.
- Copyright compliance.
- Rights and permissions to use all included materials.
- Absence of violations of third-party rights.
- Compliance with the Content Policy and Terms of Use.
2.4Platform right to refuse access
CourseBoot may take the following actions at its discretion without providing a detailed explanation where necessary to protect the platform, meet compliance requirements, prevent fraud or enforce internal security rules.
- Refuse to grant creator access.
- Restrict access to the Creator Dashboard.
- Request additional verification.
- Pause creator privileges.
- Refuse to publish courses.
Creator account
3.1Creating a creator account
To use the Creator Dashboard, publish courses, receive payouts and access creator functionality, a user must create a creator account.
One user may maintain only one creator account unless otherwise agreed in writing with CourseBoot.
Creating multiple creator accounts without permission may be treated as a violation of platform rules.
3.2Account responsibility
The creator is fully responsible for the creator account, all actions performed through it and the confidentiality of login details, passwords and Creator Dashboard access.
All actions performed through the creator account are treated as actions of the creator.
3.3Prohibition on account transfer
Transferring or selling a creator account, sharing account access or granting Creator Dashboard access to another person without CourseBoot's written permission is prohibited.
A violation may result in the following measures.
- Restricted access.
- Freezing of payouts.
- Blocking of creator privileges.
- Complete deletion of the account.
3.4Creator Dashboard access
Access to the Creator Dashboard is provided only after account confirmation and compliance with platform requirements. Available functionality may include the following tools.
- Course Builder and Lesson Builder.
- AI tools, including AI avatars and AI voice.
- Monetization tools and analytics.
- Payout management.
- Affiliate integrations and partner systems.
3.5Verification
CourseBoot may request additional creator verification at any time.
- Proof of identity.
- Confirmation of rights to content.
- Payment, tax or business verification.
Course creation
4.1Creating and uploading courses
The creator independently creates, uploads, edits and manages educational content through the Creator Dashboard and other available tools. Creator content may include the following.
- Online courses and video tutorials.
- Text lessons, presentations and PDF files.
- Quizzes, assignments and certifications.
- AI avatar and AI voice content.
4.2Creator responsibility
The creator is fully responsible for the following aspects of every course and related material.
- Content quality and accuracy.
- Copyright and the right to use third-party materials.
- Compliance with the Content Policy, Terms of Use and this Creator Agreement.
4.3Using Course Builder
CourseBoot provides Course Builder to create course structures. The creator independently determines the following.
- Course structure and lesson flow.
- Pricing model and monetization strategy.
- Course access settings.
4.4AI tools and AI avatars
CourseBoot may provide AI tools including AI clones, AI voice generation and automated translation.
AI tools may be used only in accordance with platform rules.
The creator remains fully responsible for the legality, quality and authenticity of AI-generated content.
4.5Responsibility for uploaded content
All content uploaded, published or sold by the creator through CourseBoot remains the creator's responsibility.
CourseBoot may moderate or verify such content and apply restrictions where platform rules are violated.
Content review and moderation
5.1Pre-moderation of content
All courses, lessons, AI avatars, AI voice materials, files, presentations, certifications and other creator content are subject to mandatory platform review before publication.
Content may not be published until the moderation process has been completed.
5.2Review period
The standard moderation period is up to 72 hours from the time content is uploaded and submitted for review.
The review period may be extended without separate prior notice for complex cases, additional verification or high-risk reviews.
5.3Platform rights during review
During review, CourseBoot may take the following actions.
The platform makes its decision at its discretion in accordance with internal rules, the Content Policy and legal compliance requirements.
- Approve and confirm publication.
- Reject the content.
- Request corrections or improvements.
- Temporarily suspend publication.
- Request legal verification or confirmation of content rights.
5.4Removal after publication
CourseBoot retains the right to take action against content even after publication.
These measures may be applied for copyright violations, trademark disputes, prohibited content, scams, misleading education, fraud, policy violations, legal complaints, low-quality content or abusive material.
- Delete content.
- Restrict access to a course.
- Stop course sales.
- Block monetization.
- Freeze creator payouts.
- Restrict the creator account.
5.5Final decision
All decisions concerning moderation, approval, rejection, removal and creator restrictions are made by CourseBoot and are final unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
Content ownership and license
6.1Ownership of content
By uploading, creating or publishing content, the creator confirms that they have all rights, permissions and legal grounds necessary to use, sell, distribute and commercially monetize that content.
Original copyright may remain with the creator unless a separate agreement expressly provides otherwise.

6.2License granted to the platform
By publishing content on CourseBoot, the creator grants CourseBoot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable license to use that content for the operation, development, scaling and promotion of the platform. This license includes the following uses.
- Hosting and content storage.
- Distribution through the platform.
- Display and public placement.
- Marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
- Social media promotion and paid traffic campaigns.
- Email marketing.
- Affiliate and partner promotions.
- Landing pages and sales materials.
- White-label use where required.
- Sublicensing where reasonably necessary for operation of the service.
6.3Right to use content in marketing
CourseBoot may use creator content in advertising campaigns, performance marketing, social media, sales funnels, marketplace promotion, creator showcases, partner and affiliate campaigns, student or creator acquisition and business or enterprise promotion without separate approval for every individual use.
6.4White-label and partner use
Where necessary for platform operation, enterprise agreements or white-label solutions, CourseBoot may use creator content within business integrations and partner solutions in accordance with this Agreement.
6.5Content deletion and retention
After deletion of a course, termination of creator access or completion of a collaboration, CourseBoot may retain the following materials where necessary.
- Archived copies.
- Compliance and accounting records.
- Legal documentation.
- Marketing materials already used.
- Transactional history.
6.6Copyright claims and violations
In the event of a copyright claim, intellectual property dispute or third-party rights violation, CourseBoot may take the following actions without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform and meet compliance requirements.
- Remove content immediately.
- Freeze payouts.
- Restrict creator access or block the creator account.
- Submit materials for legal review.
Payouts
8.1General payout rules
CourseBoot pays creators in accordance with the approved revenue model, cooperation terms, completed sales and financial security rules.
Only confirmed revenue is eligible for payout after payment verification, the applicable refund period and internal fraud review have been completed.
8.2Payout frequency
The standard payout schedule is once every 10 days.
Payouts follow the platform's internal billing cycle and may depend on payment provider processing times, refund reviews and compliance procedures.
8.3Minimum payout threshold
A payout is made only after the creator reaches the minimum payout threshold established by CourseBoot.
The minimum payout threshold is determined under the current platform rules.
If the minimum threshold is not reached, the balance is carried forward to the next payout cycle.
8.4Fraud review and manual verification
CourseBoot may conduct additional financial and creator verification.
Such checks may be performed for suspicious sales, refund abuse, fake purchases, affiliate manipulation, chargebacks or other financial risks.
Payouts may be temporarily restricted until verification is completed.

8.5Payout freeze
CourseBoot may temporarily freeze payouts, delay release, recalculate the creator balance or hold pending commissions where the following conditions are detected.

- Suspicious activity or fraud indicators.
- Refund abuse or chargebacks.
- Fake traffic conversions or self-purchases.
- Policy violations or legal compliance concerns.
8.6Final financial decision
CourseBoot independently makes the final decision on payout approval, payout freezes, fraud reviews, revenue reviews and financial adjustments. The decision is binding on the creator unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Prohibited content
9.1General prohibition
CourseBoot maintains strict quality, safety and legal compliance requirements. Creators may not create, upload, publish or sell content that violates the law, third-party rights or platform rules.
This prohibition applies to the following materials.
- Courses, video tutorials and AI avatar or AI voice content.
- Presentations, PDF templates and uploaded files.
- Quizzes, certifications and landing pages.
- Affiliate, promotional and community materials.
9.2Examples of prohibited content
- Copyright violations and plagiarism.
- Fake courses, scam offers and fraud.
- Trademark abuse and illegal or dangerous content.
- Prohibited adult content.
- Misleading education or false promises of guaranteed income.
- Fake testimonials, certifications or result claims.
- Financial scams and pyramid or Ponzi schemes.
- Spam, hate speech, harassment or discrimination.
- Malware, harmful software and phishing links.
9.3AI content rules
Content created using AI avatars, AI clones, AI voice or other synthetic media is subject to the same rules.
The creator is fully responsible for the legality, reliability and security of all AI-generated content.
9.4Platform enforcement rights
CourseBoot may take the following actions without prior notice where a violation occurs.
- Reject or remove published content.
- Suspend creator access and freeze payouts.
- Block monetization and terminate the creator account.
- Cancel affiliate access or initiate legal review.
9.5Consequences of violations
CourseBoot independently makes the final decision concerning violations and sanctions.
- Permanent ban and account termination.
- Payout cancellation and commission reversal.
- Legal claims and future registration restrictions.
- Termination of enterprise access.
Platform rights
10.1General rights of the platform
CourseBoot may monitor, verify, restrict and take other actions necessary to protect the platform, users, creator economy, affiliate systems and business operations. Decisions concerning creator access, monetization and enforcement are made in accordance with internal rules, the Terms of Use, this Creator Agreement and legal compliance requirements.
10.2Right to remove content
CourseBoot may take the following content-related actions.
These rights apply in cases involving platform rule violations, copyright claims, prohibited content, legal complaints, fraud or other business risks.
- Remove content.
- Temporarily suspend or permanently block publication.
- Restrict course access.
- Disable monetization.
- Remove creator materials from the marketplace.
10.3Right to restrict creator access
CourseBoot may apply the following creator access restrictions.
These measures may be taken without prior notice where necessary for platform security or legal compliance.
- Suspend creator access or restrict Creator Dashboard access.
- Remove creator privileges or block publication rights.
- Disable affiliate participation or remove partner access.
- Restrict white-label access where applicable.
10.4Right to impose financial restrictions
CourseBoot may apply the following financial restrictions.
These restrictions may be applied for refund abuse, chargebacks, fraud review, suspicious activity, fake traffic, fake purchases or other financial risks.
- Freeze payouts and hold pending commissions.
- Suspend creator monetization.
- Recalculate revenue share or reverse commissions.
- Cancel pending payouts.
10.5Right to terminate
CourseBoot may take the following termination actions.
These actions may be applied for severe violations, repeated abuse or legal and security risks.
- Terminate the creator account.
- Permanently remove the creator from the platform.
- Restrict future registration.
- Cancel existing creator agreements and partner privileges.
10.6Right to use content for promotion
CourseBoot may use creator content for platform promotion, marketing campaigns, advertising materials, social media, affiliate and partner campaigns, creator showcases, sales funnels and business development in accordance with the content ownership and license provisions.
10.7Final decision
All decisions concerning moderation, payouts, creator access, enforcement actions and platform restrictions are made by CourseBoot and are final unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
Effect of refunds
11.1Effect of refunds on creator payouts
Refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes and other financial adjustments directly affect creator revenue calculations.
Creator revenue is recognized only after an actual payment has been confirmed and completed and is no longer subject to refund, dispute or fraud review.
11.2Refunds and revenue adjustment
When a student receives a refund, CourseBoot may apply the following adjustments.
CourseBoot may apply these adjustments automatically.
- Deduct the corresponding amount from current or future creator payouts.
- Recalculate creator revenue based on the actual financial result.
- Cancel affiliate commissions connected with the refunded sale.
- Adjust the creator payout balance.
11.3Chargebacks and payment disputes
During a chargeback, payment dispute or payment provider investigation, CourseBoot may take the following measures.
Access to payouts may remain restricted until verification has been completed.
- Temporarily suspend payouts.
- Freeze part of the creator balance.
- Conduct an additional manual review.
- Place the creator account into fraud review status.
11.4Abuse prevention
CourseBoot uses internal abuse prevention systems to identify the following behavior.
Additional restrictions may be applied without prior notice where such activity is detected.
- Refund abuse and suspicious refund patterns.
- Fake purchases or self-purchases.
- Artificial sales activity or fake traffic conversions.
- Affiliate fraud or manipulation of creator payouts.
11.5Fraud protection
To protect CourseBoot, students and partners, the platform may take the following actions.
These measures may apply where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the creator has violated the Terms of Use, Refund Policy or internal anti-fraud procedures.
- Freeze creator payouts and suspend monetization.
- Block future payouts and cancel pending commissions.
- Terminate creator privileges.
- Permanently restrict access to creator monetization.
11.6Final financial decision
CourseBoot independently makes the final decision concerning the effect of refunds, payout recalculation, fraud review and financial adjustments. The decision is binding on the creator unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Termination
12.1Termination by the creator
A creator may stop using CourseBoot and creator services at any time by ceasing use of the Creator Dashboard, stopping content publication and requesting closure of creator access.
Termination does not cancel existing financial, legal or contractual obligations.
12.2Platform right to terminate
CourseBoot may take the following actions at its discretion.
These actions may apply where the creator violates the Terms of Use, this Creator Agreement, the Content Policy, Refund Policy, Affiliate Rules or other internal platform rules.
- Suspend creator access and restrict monetization.
- Freeze payouts and remove content.
- Terminate the creator account and block publication.
- Remove affiliate or partner access.
- Permanently close creator privileges.
12.3Existing obligations remain active
The following obligations and matters remain in effect after termination.
Termination does not release the creator from responsibility for actions taken before cooperation ended.
- Financial and accounting obligations.
- Payout adjustments and refund obligations.
- Chargeback disputes and copyright claims.
- Compliance requirements and legal disputes.
- Confidentiality obligations.
12.4Retention of platform licenses and rights
Previously granted licenses may remain valid where necessary for legal compliance, business protection or fulfillment of obligations to students and partners.
- Marketing materials already published or used.
- Archived creator content.
- Transactional records and accounting documentation.
- Compliance and legal records.
12.5Final decision
CourseBoot independently makes decisions concerning creator termination, payout restrictions, content removal and continuing obligations in accordance with internal security rules, fraud prevention procedures and applicable law.
Liability disclaimer
13.1No guarantee of results
CourseBoot provides the Creator Dashboard, Course Builder, AI systems, monetization tools and affiliate infrastructure as tools for creating, selling and scaling educational products. CourseBoot does not guarantee the following results.
Results depend on content quality, creator expertise, marketing, competition, budget, affiliate activity and other factors outside CourseBoot's control.
- Guaranteed income or sales.
- Guaranteed traffic or profitability.
- Guaranteed ROI or business growth.
- Guaranteed customer engagement or success.
13.2Creator responsibility
The creator is solely responsible for the following activities.
CourseBoot does not participate in the creator's business decisions and is not responsible for their consequences.
- Content creation and quality.
- Marketing, sales and advertising campaigns.
- Affiliate performance and creator strategy.
- Interactions with students.
- Legal compliance and financial or business decisions.
13.3No sales guarantee
Access to the Creator Dashboard, marketplace, affiliate system or AI tools does not automatically generate sales, revenue or stable monetization.
- A particular number of customers.
- Specific conversion rates.
- Advertising effectiveness.
- Success of affiliate campaigns or performance marketing.
13.4Platform as infrastructure
CourseBoot acts as technological and educational infrastructure and not as a guarantor of financial results. Education, creator tools and monetization systems are tools, not guarantees of profit.
Education does not guarantee profit.
13.5Final limitation
The creator confirms that they use CourseBoot at their own risk and accept full responsibility for the results of creator activity, monetization strategy and business development.
Governing law
14.1Applicable law
This Creator Agreement and all legal relations between the creator and CourseBoot are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Estonian law, regardless of conflict-of-law rules in other jurisdictions.
Questions relating to course creation, creator payouts, revenue share, content ownership, affiliate activity, refunds and disputes are subject to Estonian law.
14.2Jurisdiction of disputes
All disputes, claims and legal issues arising from use of the Creator Dashboard, monetization systems or performance of this Agreement are subject exclusively to the competent courts of Estonia unless mandatory applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
14.3Pre-trial settlement
Before filing a court claim, the parties must attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through negotiations using CourseBoot's official contact channel.
CourseBoot may continue making decisions concerning creator restrictions, payout holds, content removal and account termination until final legal resolution.
14.4Final legal framework
By using creator services, the creator agrees that disputes are resolved under Estonian law and within the jurisdiction of the competent Estonian courts.
