Education may not be presented as a guaranteed financial result.

Content must meet the professional standards of the platform and maintain trust in the marketplace ecosystem.

Low-quality, deceptive or technically unsuitable content may be rejected or removed by CourseBoot.

CourseBoot strictly prohibits creating, uploading, publishing, selling, promoting or otherwise using content that violates the law, third-party rights or platform rules, or that may harm users, partners or the reputation of the platform.

This rule applies to every content format.

Creators are solely responsible for all content they create, upload, sell or promote through CourseBoot, including affiliate and partner materials.

Use of AI tools does not release a creator from responsibility for violating this Policy.

If prohibited content is detected, CourseBoot may take the following actions.

CourseBoot independently determines whether a violation occurred and which sanctions apply.

CourseBoot permits the use of AI-generated content, including AI avatars, AI clones, AI voice, synthetic media, HeyGen media and other automation tools, provided that the use complies with applicable law, platform rules and this Content Policy.

AI tools may be used to create courses, lessons, explanations, presentations, business education and other content with genuine educational value.

A creator who uses AI tools bears full legal and practical responsibility for all AI-generated content, whether it was created entirely by artificial intelligence or with partial human involvement.

Use of AI tools does not release a creator from responsibility for violating platform rules.

CourseBoot prohibits deceptive AI content that misleads users, creates a false impression of reality or is used for fraud, manipulation or false authority.

Creators may not create or use AI avatars, clones or synthetic identities that unlawfully imitate real people without proper permission.

Creators must possess all rights and permissions required to use AI-generated identities.

Impersonating another person, brand, company, expert, teacher or official representative without legal grounds is prohibited.

Impersonation is treated as a severe violation.

AI-generated content that may harm users, CourseBoot or third parties is prohibited.

CourseBoot may take the following actions without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform, users and legal compliance.

By uploading content to CourseBoot, the creator confirms possession of all rights, permissions and legal grounds required to use, publish, sell, distribute and commercially monetize that content.

Repeated violations include systematic or recurring non-compliance regardless of content type, method of violation or previously applied restrictions.

Depending on the nature and frequency of the violation, CourseBoot may apply the following measures.

The enforcement level may increase for every subsequent violation without another warning.

CourseBoot is not required to issue a warning before applying stronger sanctions where the violation creates legal, fraud or security risks.

For fraud, copyright abuse, scams, fake traffic, payment fraud or repeated abuse, CourseBoot may immediately impose a permanent ban, payout freeze or account termination without prior warning.

All decisions concerning repeat violations, escalation measures, creator restrictions and account termination are made by CourseBoot and are final in accordance with internal security and legal compliance requirements.

CourseBoot reserves the right to independently make final decisions concerning moderation, enforcement, content restrictions, creator access, payouts, account limits and other matters related to platform security, legal compliance and business protection.

The platform has final discretion concerning the following matters.

For severe violations, fraud risks, copyright abuse, legal threats, platform manipulation or security concerns, CourseBoot is not required to provide a detailed explanation for blocking access, deleting content, freezing payouts or terminating cooperation.

CourseBoot may act immediately without prior notice where necessary to protect users, partners, payment systems or the platform.

Platform decisions take the following compliance and security factors into account.

CourseBoot may take any lawful protective measures necessary to protect its rights, users, creator ecosystem, payment systems and business operations.

CourseBoot decisions concerning enforcement of this Content Policy are final and binding unless applicable law or a competent Estonian court expressly provides otherwise.

This Content Policy and all legal relations connected with platform use, creator activity, affiliate operations, content moderation, copyright claims and enforcement actions are governed by and interpreted under Estonian law, regardless of conflict-of-law rules in other jurisdictions.

All disputes, claims, legal complaints and disagreements arising from this Content Policy are subject exclusively to the competent courts of Estonia unless mandatory applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

CourseBoot may continue applying internal compliance procedures, content restrictions, payout freezes, creator suspensions and enforcement actions until final legal resolution of a dispute in order to protect the platform, users, partners and business operations.

By using CourseBoot, the user agrees that legal matters related to content, creator activity and platform enforcement are resolved under Estonian law and within Estonian jurisdiction.
