Payments

Refund Policy

7.1Courses
CourseBoot provides a 7-day money-back guarantee for most courses, subject to the conditions below.
A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
CourseBoot may refuse a refund where abuse is suspected, review user activity such as views and downloads, and make the final decision in each case.

7.2Subscriptions

Creators and instructors may independently create, upload and publish educational content through the CourseBoot Creator Dashboard and Course Builder.

8.1Creator Responsibility

8.2Content Moderation

CourseBoot may exercise these rights in the event of a violation of these Terms, the Content Policy, copyright claims, low-quality content, scam activity, policy violations or any other reason it considers sufficient.

8.5Publishing Content

These restrictions apply to creator content, course materials, affiliate materials, promotional content, landing pages, AI-generated content, white-label materials, community content, uploaded files and all other materials on the platform.

Affiliate / Partner Rules
CourseBoot provides affiliate and partner programs intended to generate traffic, sales and platform growth.
All affiliates, partners, traffic buyers, agencies and referral users must act fairly, transparently and in accordance with platform rules.
Manipulation, fraudulent activity and attempts to obtain commissions artificially are strictly prohibited.

CourseBoot may independently determine whether a violation has occurred and is not required to provide detailed explanations where fraud prevention, legal risk or business protection is involved.
11.5Compliance Requirement
Participation in the affiliate program constitutes full acceptance of the Affiliate Terms, these Terms of Use and all affiliate system rules.
Violation of any applicable document may result in immediate termination of cooperation.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $150 USD.
If the balance is below the minimum, it is carried forward to the next payout cycle until the threshold is reached.

To protect the platform and partner system, CourseBoot may conduct fraud and quality checks and temporarily delay payments.

All decisions regarding account termination, payout freezes, content removal and partner restrictions are made by CourseBoot at its sole discretion and are final unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Limitation of Liability
CourseBoot provides the platform, educational content, creator tools, affiliate system, partner services and business solutions on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without express or implied warranties except where required by law.
The user understands and agrees that use of the platform is at their own risk.
