Introduction

Please read these Terms of Use carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you and Courseboot OÜ (“CourseBoot”, the “platform”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using the CourseBoot platform, including by registering, purchasing or creating courses, entering into partnerships, using the affiliate system, white-label solutions or any other platform services, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy and other applicable platform policies.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use CourseBoot and must stop using the platform.

CourseBoot is an AI-powered platform for learning, course creation, knowledge monetization, affiliate marketing and scaling educational businesses. Use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms regardless of account type or collaboration model.

Eligibility

Only persons who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of their country may use the CourseBoot platform.

By paying for a course, subscription, certification or any other paid service, the user confirms that they meet the applicable age requirement or have full legal permission from a parent, guardian or other legal representative to make the payment.

CourseBoot is not responsible for an incorrect statement of age or for misuse of payment methods by third parties.

CourseBoot reserves the right to restrict or completely deny access to the platform if the requirements of this section are violated.

The user is 18 years of age or older.
The user accesses the platform with the consent and under the responsibility of a legal representative, parent, guardian or other authorised person.
By making a payment, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
Alternatively, the user confirms that they have full legal permission from their legal representative to make the payment.
Use is prohibited where it violates the laws of the user's country.
Use is prohibited where the user has no legal right to access such online services.
Use is prohibited where the user was previously blocked or restricted for violating platform rules.

User Accounts

To use certain CourseBoot services, the user may be required to create a personal account.

The user is fully responsible for their account, all actions performed through it and the confidentiality of their login credentials.

The user must immediately notify CourseBoot of suspected unauthorized access, account compromise or loss of control over the account.

CourseBoot is not responsible for losses caused by the user's failure to comply with account security requirements.

One user may maintain one account.
Selling, transferring or giving third parties access to an account is prohibited.
The user must keep passwords, email access and other login credentials secure.
All actions performed through an account are treated as actions of the account holder.
Use of false information or creation of multiple accounts may result in blocking.

4.1Platform's Right to Restrict Access

CourseBoot reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict access where necessary to protect the platform, its users and its business.

Such action may be taken in the event of a violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, system abuse, fake activity, spam, violation of platform rules or any other reason CourseBoot considers sufficient.

5.3Right to Change Services

CourseBoot may modify its services without prior notice where reasonably necessary for platform development, security or business operations.

Add new services.

Update products.
Restrict individual functions.
Terminate access to individual services.
Change the terms applicable to individual products.

Payments

CourseBoot offers multiple payment models for courses, subscriptions, certifications, creator services and other platform products.

By making a payment, the user confirms acceptance of these Terms of Use, the Refund Policy and other applicable platform rules.

All payments are processed through the relevant payment providers and may be subject to additional verification by CourseBoot or the payment system.

All payments are considered final after successful confirmation, except where a refund is expressly available under the Refund Policy.

Subscription products may renew automatically in accordance with the selected plan unless the user cancels before the next billing date.

Refund Policy

The Refund Policy defines the conditions for refunds for products purchased through CourseBoot. Detailed terms are provided in the separate Refund Policy.

7.1Courses

CourseBoot provides a 7-day money-back guarantee for most courses, subject to the conditions below.

A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

CourseBoot may refuse a refund where abuse is suspected, review user activity such as views and downloads, and make the final decision in each case.

The course has not been substantially viewed or consumed.
There has been no mass download of course materials.
There are no signs of abuse or fraud.
CourseBoot may review activity, including views and downloads.

7.2Subscriptions

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are cancelled before the next billing cycle.

No refund is provided for a subscription period that has already been activated.
The user is responsible for cancelling the subscription before the next billing cycle.

7.3Certificates

Once a certificate has been issued, no refund will be provided regardless of course completion or use of materials.

7.4General Provisions

All refund requests are reviewed individually.

CourseBoot reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund.

Creator Content

Creators and instructors may independently create, upload and publish educational content through the CourseBoot Creator Dashboard and Course Builder.

Promotional content.

8.1Creator Responsibility

The creator is fully responsible for creator-generated content, and CourseBoot is not responsible for that content.

Legality of the content.
Accuracy of information.
Absence of copyright infringement.
Absence of misleading, fraudulent or scam content.
Compliance with platform rules.
Quality and relevance of materials.

8.2Content Moderation

After upload, courses and other materials may be reviewed by the platform before publication.

The standard moderation period is up to 72 hours after the upload is complete and the content is submitted for review.

8.3Platform Rights

CourseBoot may exercise these rights in the event of a violation of these Terms, the Content Policy, copyright claims, low-quality content, scam activity, policy violations or any other reason it considers sufficient.

8.4Deleting a Course

A creator may request deletion of a course only where the applicable conditions are satisfied.

The final decision regarding deletion is made by CourseBoot.

There are no active contractual obligations.
Deletion does not violate the rights of students, partners or CourseBoot.

8.5Publishing Content

Uploading and publishing content means that the creator fully agrees to the Creator Agreement, Content Policy and these Terms of Use.

Content Ownership

By uploading, creating or publishing content on CourseBoot, the creator confirms that they have all rights, permissions and legal grounds required to use, distribute and commercially publish that content.

9.1License to the Platform

By publishing content on CourseBoot, the creator grants CourseBoot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable licence to use the content for operating, developing and promoting the platform.

Use in advertising campaigns.

9.2Marketing Usage

CourseBoot may use creator content in advertising, performance marketing, social media, sales materials, landing pages, affiliate campaigns and other promotions intended to attract students, creators, partners and business clients.

Separate approval is not required for each use covered by the licence granted under these Terms.

9.3Ownership Rights

Original copyright may remain with the creator unless a separate agreement provides otherwise.

Even after deletion of a course or termination of cooperation, CourseBoot may retain certain materials where necessary for business operations, legal protection or fulfilment of obligations to users.

9.5Violations

Immediately remove content.

Prohibited Content

CourseBoot maintains strict quality, safety and legal compliance standards. Content that violates the law, third-party rights or platform rules may not be published, sold, distributed or otherwise used through CourseBoot.

These restrictions apply to creator content, course materials, affiliate materials, promotional content, landing pages, AI-generated content, white-label materials, community content, uploaded files and all other materials on the platform.

10.1Prohibited Content

10.2AI Content Rules

AI-generated content, including AI avatars, AI voices, AI clones and synthetic media, is subject to the same platform rules.

The creator is fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, reliability and safety of AI-generated content.

The final decision regarding copyright, trademark or other legal complaints is made by CourseBoot.

Stop monetisation.
Permanently suspend the creator account.

10.5Final Enforcement

CourseBoot may act immediately and without prior notice to protect the platform, its users and its business.

Affiliate / Partner Rules

CourseBoot provides affiliate and partner programs intended to generate traffic, sales and platform growth.

All affiliates, partners, traffic buyers, agencies and referral users must act fairly, transparently and in accordance with platform rules.

Manipulation, fraudulent activity and attempts to obtain commissions artificially are strictly prohibited.

11.1Prohibited Actions

Fake, artificial or low-quality traffic.
Bot or automated traffic.
Self-referrals through the user’s own accounts.
Spam mailings or aggressive spam traffic.
Fake purchases made to obtain commissions.
Fake registrations.
Misleading advertisements or false promises.
Unauthorised use of the CourseBoot brand.
Trademark misuse.
Abuse of coupons or promotional codes.
Incentivised traffic intended to generate fake conversions.

11.2Traffic Quality Control

All partner traffic sources may be subject to quality control.

Restrict individual traffic sources.
Suspend affiliate activity until the review is completed.

11.3Consequences of Violations

Permanent ban.
Payout freeze.
Commission cancellation.
Account suspension.
Removal of affiliate privileges.

Withholding of pending payouts.
Restriction on future partner registration.

11.4Final Decision

Decisions regarding fraud detection, payout freezes, commission cancellation and affiliate termination are made by CourseBoot at its sole discretion.

CourseBoot may independently determine whether a violation has occurred and is not required to provide detailed explanations where fraud prevention, legal risk or business protection is involved.

11.5Compliance Requirement

Participation in the affiliate program constitutes full acceptance of the Affiliate Terms, these Terms of Use and all affiliate system rules.

Violation of any applicable document may result in immediate termination of cooperation.

CourseBoot makes payments to creators, affiliates and other participants in accordance with internal platform rules, applicable cooperation terms and the relevant revenue-share model.

12.1Payment Schedule

The standard payout schedule is every 10 days.

Payments are made after sales are confirmed, transactions are verified and the required fraud review is completed.

CourseBoot may change the payout cycle depending on the partnership type, region or risk level.

12.2Minimum Payout

The minimum withdrawal amount is $150 USD.

If the balance is below the minimum, it is carried forward to the next payout cycle until the threshold is reached.

12.3Fraud Check Hold

To protect the platform and partner system, CourseBoot may conduct fraud and quality checks and temporarily delay payments.

12.5Payout Cancellation

12.6Payment Responsibility

CourseBoot is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect payout details provided by the user.

Account Termination

CourseBoot may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the platform in the event of a violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, system abuse or other conduct that may harm the platform, its users or its business.

13.5No Compensation

CourseBoot is not required to pay compensation, refund commissions or restore access where termination is connected with a violation of platform rules or legal and security concerns.

13.6Final Decision

All decisions regarding account termination, payout freezes, content removal and partner restrictions are made by CourseBoot at its sole discretion and are final unless applicable law provides otherwise.

14.3Business & Investment Decisions

The user makes their own business and investment decisions, and CourseBoot is not responsible for those decisions or their consequences.

14.4Education Does Not Guarantee Profit

By using the platform, the user confirms that they understand and personally accept the risks associated with business, education, marketing, advertising, affiliate activity and investment activity.

Limitation of Liability

CourseBoot provides the platform, educational content, creator tools, affiliate system, partner services and business solutions on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without express or implied warranties except where required by law.

The user understands and agrees that use of the platform is at their own risk.

Issues involving payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, cryptocurrency processors and banks.

15.2No Business Guarantees

Training, courses and educational content do not constitute a financial, legal or investment guarantee.

15.4Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourseBoot's total liability to the user shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user to CourseBoot during the 12 months preceding the dispute.

15.5Final Legal Protection

CourseBoot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under Estonian law and forms a key legal protection for the platform.

Privacy

CourseBoot respects user privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation where it applies.

CourseBoot may use cookies, analytics tools, marketing pixels, email marketing systems and retargeting technologies to improve service operation, security, marketing and performance.
