These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the CourseBoot affiliate system, including customer referrals, commission calculation, affiliate payouts, fraud prevention and partner cooperation.

The purpose of these Terms is to provide a transparent, secure and controlled environment for scaling CourseBoot sales.

An affiliate is a platform user or partner who uses affiliate links, referral tools and the Affiliate Dashboard to attract new customers.

By using the affiliate system, referral tools or receiving commissions, the affiliate confirms full acceptance of these Terms.

An affiliate who does not agree must immediately stop using all affiliate functionality.

These Affiliate Terms form part of the platform's broader legal framework and should be read together with the following documents and rules.

CourseBoot may monitor affiliate activity and conduct fraud reviews.

For severe violations, CourseBoot may act without prior notice or a detailed explanation.

Individuals, legal entities, creators and business partners that may legally promote platform products are eligible to participate.

Continued affiliate status requires full compliance with these Terms and internal platform rules.

A person must be at least 18 years old to access affiliate functionality.

A person under 18 may participate only with the express legal permission of a parent or guardian who accepts full responsibility for the person's actions.

CourseBoot may reject an affiliate application or restrict Affiliate Dashboard access at its discretion without providing a detailed explanation where necessary for platform security or compliance.

CourseBoot may request verification of the following information.

Access to payouts may be restricted until verification has been completed successfully.

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with local legislation.

CourseBoot is not responsible for local-law violations committed by an affiliate.

Participation requires a registered affiliate account and access to the CourseBoot Affiliate Dashboard.

The account and dashboard serve as the central location for the following activities.

Each user may maintain only one affiliate account unless CourseBoot expressly authorizes another arrangement through an enterprise partnership or separate business agreement.

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules or manipulate payouts is prohibited.

The affiliate is solely responsible for account security and the confidentiality of login credentials.

Activity performed through the account is attributed to the account holder unless a manual review establishes otherwise.

Selling, sharing or transferring an affiliate account to a third party is prohibited.

A violation may result in the following measures.

Affiliate Dashboard access is granted after approval and may be restricted or revoked because of fraud indicators, compliance risks or policy violations.

CourseBoot may modify Affiliate Dashboard functionality without prior notice.

CourseBoot may request additional identity, traffic source, payment or compliance verification at any time.

Payouts and affiliate tools may be restricted temporarily until verification is complete.

Commissions are awarded only for confirmed sales that have passed payment verification.

Commissions are not payable for transactions subject to refunds, chargebacks or fraud reviews.

The primary affiliate model is commission per sale, under which rewards are based on confirmed purchases completed through referral links.

The commission amount depends on the product type, campaign conditions and traffic quality.

CourseBoot may offer a fixed reward for the following actions or transactions.

A commission may be calculated as a percentage of the actual confirmed sale amount.

Applicable rates may depend on product category, creator agreements, partner status and conversion quality.

Agencies, high-volume affiliates and strategic partners may receive individualized commission structures, payout schedules and attribution models under separately negotiated terms.

Enterprise and white-label clients may operate under exclusive agreements containing the following terms.

CourseBoot may change commission rates, payout models and eligibility rules for business optimization, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Changes take effect when published or on another date specified by CourseBoot.

CourseBoot uses internal tracking systems to identify sales sources, calculate commissions and support accurate affiliate payouts.

Affiliate rewards are awarded only under the platform's internal attribution logic.

Affiliates receive unique referral identifiers and links.

The affiliate must implement referral tools correctly. CourseBoot cannot track or credit commissions where those tools are used incorrectly.

CourseBoot may use the following technologies and data points to validate traffic.

Where tracking data is missing, corrupted or invalid, a commission may not be credited.

The attribution window defines the period during which a referred transaction may qualify for commission.

CourseBoot determines the duration and logic of the attribution window and may change it without prior notice.

CourseBoot may determine the applicable attribution model at its discretion.

CourseBoot's decision concerning ownership of a commission is final.

Where suspicious activity such as bot traffic, self-referrals or unusual conversions is detected, CourseBoot may take the following actions.

CourseBoot independently makes all decisions concerning tracking validity, referral validation and commission eligibility.

CourseBoot prohibits attempts to manipulate the referral system or artificially generate commissions. Affiliates must use lawful, transparent and ethical marketing methods.

Circumvention of these requirements is a material violation of the Affiliate Terms.

Affiliates may not conduct the following paid advertising activities without permission.

Prior written approval is required for paid advertising involving CourseBoot assets.

Where prohibited activity is detected, CourseBoot may take the following actions.

CourseBoot independently makes the final determination concerning affiliate violations and account termination under internal security and compliance procedures.

Affiliate payouts are issued based on confirmed commissions, internal tracking data and completed fraud reviews.

Commissions subject to refund review, chargeback dispute, fraud investigation or payout restriction are not eligible for payment.

Payments are processed every 10 days under the platform's internal payout cycle.

The exact timing may vary because of the following factors.

The minimum payout threshold is 1 150.

Where confirmed commissions do not reach this amount, the balance is carried forward to the next payout cycle until the threshold is met.

CourseBoot may hold payouts where suspicious activity such as fake purchases or self-referrals is detected.

During review, the following restrictions may apply.

CourseBoot may manually review any payout request to verify traffic quality, commission legitimacy and compliance with these Terms.

Payment may be suspended without prior notice until verification is complete.

CourseBoot may impose a temporary or permanent payout freeze in the following cases.

CourseBoot independently makes the final decision concerning payout approval, commission release or cancellation under internal security and anti-fraud procedures.

Commissions are earned only on valid and completed transactions.

CourseBoot may cancel or adjust commissions where the underlying transaction is invalid because of a refund, chargeback, fraud or another disqualifying event.

Where a customer receives a refund for a course, subscription or certification, CourseBoot may apply the following adjustments.

A transaction resulting in a bank, Stripe, PayPal or other payment-provider chargeback is not a valid sale.

The affiliate account may be placed under fraud review.

No commission is awarded for the following activity.

CourseBoot may reverse such commissions immediately and without prior notice.

CourseBoot monitors for creator-affiliate collusion, suspicious conversion spikes and repeated refund patterns.

Commission approval may be paused while an investigation is in progress.

CourseBoot may take the following commission-related actions.

CourseBoot independently makes the final decision concerning reversals and payout corrections in accordance with the Refund Policy and legal compliance requirements.

CourseBoot may apply enforcement measures for violations of the Affiliate Terms, Terms of Use, Refund Policy, anti-fraud procedures or other internal platform rules.

These measures may apply to affiliate and partner accounts, creator-affiliate activity, commissions, payouts and affiliate-related monetization.

CourseBoot may take the following actions.

Enforcement may be applied in the following cases.

CourseBoot independently assesses risk and determines the necessary restrictions.

For severe violations, fraud risks, legal threats or platform security concerns, CourseBoot may apply enforcement without prior notice and without providing a detailed explanation.

All decisions concerning affiliate enforcement, payout restrictions, commission cancellation, fraud review and account termination are made by CourseBoot and are final unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

An affiliate may stop using CourseBoot affiliate services at any time by ceasing use of the Affiliate Dashboard and requesting closure of affiliate access.

Termination does not cancel existing financial, legal or contractual obligations.

CourseBoot may take the following termination-related actions.

These actions may be taken for platform rule violations or breaches of fraud prevention requirements.

The following obligations and matters remain active after termination.

Termination does not release the affiliate from responsibility for actions taken before the relationship ended.

Where fraud review, payout verification, chargeback investigation or another review is pending at termination, CourseBoot may complete the review and apply necessary enforcement after affiliate access is closed.

CourseBoot independently makes all decisions concerning affiliate termination, payout restrictions, commission reversals and continuing obligations under internal security, anti-fraud and legal compliance procedures.

CourseBoot provides affiliate tools, tracking systems and partner attribution as infrastructure and does not guarantee the following results.

Results depend on traffic quality, affiliate strategy, market conditions, competition and other factors outside CourseBoot's control.

The affiliate is solely responsible for the following business and compliance matters.

Availability of the Affiliate Dashboard, referral links or promotional materials does not guarantee monetization, a specific number of sales or stable payouts.

Commissions arise only from valid transactions that comply with all platform rules.

CourseBoot acts as technology and partner infrastructure.

The affiliate system is a tool, not a financial guarantee. Marketing effort does not automatically result in profit.

The affiliate uses the platform at their own risk and accepts responsibility for traffic strategies, business decisions and monetization results.

CourseBoot may manually review affiliate activity, commission payments, traffic sources and partner operations.

A review may be triggered by suspicious activity, standard verification or checks involving particular transactions or an entire account.

CourseBoot has final authority concerning the following matters.

CourseBoot is not required to approve payouts automatically where activity appears suspicious or non-compliant.

CourseBoot uses fraud prevention systems and internal monitoring to protect the creator ecosystem and payment integrity.

Risk-reduction measures may be implemented immediately before a full manual review is complete.

Affiliate decisions are made in accordance with applicable law, payment provider regulations, AML requirements and internal security policies.

CourseBoot's final decision is binding on the affiliate unless applicable law provides otherwise.

These Affiliate Terms and legal relations arising from affiliate activity, commission payouts and fraud reviews through CourseBoot are governed by and interpreted under Estonian law, regardless of conflict-of-law rules in other jurisdictions.

Disputes, claims and disagreements arising from affiliate commissions, partner activity or enforcement are subject exclusively to the competent courts of Estonia unless mandatory applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

CourseBoot may continue applying anti-fraud procedures, payout freezes and commission reversals until final legal resolution in order to protect the creator ecosystem, payment security and business operations.

By using CourseBoot affiliate services, the affiliate agrees that legal matters concerning payouts, commissions and fraud reviews are resolved under Estonian law and within Estonian jurisdiction.

Affiliate requests, payout disputes, legal notices and partnership inquiries are reviewed only through CourseBoot's official communication channels.

CourseBoot may determine the review period, claim verification procedure and documentation required for payout reviews or legal compliance.

For high-risk activity or severe fraud indicators, CourseBoot may apply immediate enforcement until full verification is complete.
