CourseBoot may conduct an internal review of legal risks, fraud risks, AML requirements and operational risks.

CourseBoot independently makes the final decision concerning enterprise approval, onboarding and cooperation terms under internal business policy, legal compliance requirements and CourseBoot's strategic interests.

- Advanced analytics — sales, traffic, performance and other metrics.

- Subscription and recurring billing systems.
- API access for CRM, automation and custom workflows.
- Payment integrations, including Stripe, PayPal, invoicing and enterprise billing flows.
- Custom onboarding and enterprise implementation support.

Not every enterprise service is automatically available to every client.
CourseBoot may determine and modify the service scope according to the business model and contract terms.

Client responsibilities
6.1General client responsibilities
The business or enterprise client is solely responsible for lawful, correct and compliant use of enterprise services and platform infrastructure.
The client must ensure that its activities comply with these Terms, applicable law and internal platform rules.
6.2Legal compliance
The client is independently responsible for the following compliance obligations.
CourseBoot is not responsible for legal violations committed by the client.
- Local law and tax obligations.
- Consumer protection and privacy rules, including the GDPR.
- Advertising compliance and licensing obligations.
- Certification legality and educational requirements.
6.3Content responsibility
The client is solely responsible for all content created, uploaded or distributed through the enterprise environment.
The client guarantees that such content does not infringe copyright, trademarks or third-party intellectual property rights.
- Courses and creator content.
- Certifications and training materials.
- Marketing materials and landing pages.
- Affiliate content and branded assets.
6.4Team and user management
The client is independently responsible for the following access and team management matters.
Actions performed by users in the enterprise environment are treated as the client's responsibility.
- Internal team and employee access management.
- Creator permissions and administrator roles.
- Partner and student access.
- Internal account security and fraud prevention.
6.5Payment obligations
The client must satisfy all financial obligations, including subscription fees, enterprise invoices and payment provider charges.
A violation may result in immediate service restrictions or termination.
6.6Internal access control
The client is responsible for the following security and access control matters.
Improper access management resulting in security risk is the client's sole responsibility.
- Access permissions and login security.
- Role management and prevention of unauthorized access.
- Internal fraud prevention and security procedures.
6.7Data compliance
The client must manage personal data in accordance with the following requirements.
CourseBoot may apply enforcement without prior notice where data compliance is violated.

Prohibited use
7.1Prohibited use
Business clients, enterprise clients, team members, creators, affiliates and internal users may not use CourseBoot enterprise infrastructure for illegal, fraudulent or platform-violating activity.
Misuse of enterprise systems is treated as a serious violation of these Terms.
7.2Examples of prohibited use
- Fraud — financial manipulation, fake payments, payout abuse or deceptive monetization.
- Illegal business activity — conduct violating applicable law, regulation or compliance standards.
- Fake certificates — false or misleading certificates without genuine educational confirmation.
- Copyright violations — stolen content, unauthorized materials or piracy.

- Trademark abuse — illegal use of brands, logos, false partnerships or false brand representation.
- Enterprise system misuse — abusive traffic, unauthorized automation, spam or platform manipulation.
7.3Additional prohibited activity
- Fake affiliate structures and creator payout manipulation.
- Money laundering risks and AML violations.
- Abusive refund schemes and unauthorized access sharing.
- Internal account abuse and illegal API access use.
- Use of platform infrastructure for third-party fraud operations.
7.4Platform enforcement
Where prohibited use is detected, CourseBoot may take the following actions.
For severe violations, these actions may be taken without prior notice.
- Suspend enterprise access and freeze operations.

- Freeze payouts and terminate enterprise cooperation.
- Cancel business agreements or initiate legal review.
7.5Final enforcement decision
CourseBoot independently makes the final decision concerning prohibited use, compliance violations and enforcement under internal security, fraud prevention and legal compliance procedures.
Platform rights
8.1Platform right to control and enforcement
CourseBoot may control enterprise services, business infrastructure and corporate access to protect the platform, users, creators and partners.
Enforcement may be applied for violations of these Terms, fraud, payment violations or misuse of enterprise systems.
8.2Platform rights and available actions
CourseBoot may take the following actions.
- Temporarily restrict Enterprise Dashboard or business tool access.
- Partially or completely restrict enterprise services or integrations.
- Temporarily stop workflows, payouts, onboarding or platform operations.
- Terminate business cooperation and enterprise access.
- Disable API access, payment integrations or affiliate systems.
- Submit the matter for legal review.
8.3Grounds for applying restrictions

All decisions concerning service restrictions, access suspension, enterprise enforcement, billing restrictions and termination are made by CourseBoot and are final unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.

CourseBoot and the enterprise client may process personal data, business data, billing information, user activity data and other information required to provide enterprise services.
All data handling must comply with the Privacy Policy, the GDPR and applicable data protection law.
9.2Privacy obligations
The enterprise client must ensure proper performance of the following privacy obligations.

Termination
10.1Termination of cooperation
A business or enterprise client may terminate CourseBoot enterprise services under these Terms, the applicable enterprise agreement or agreed commercial conditions.

The client or CourseBoot may initiate termination in the following circumstances.
CourseBoot may terminate enterprise access without prior notice for severe violations.

Results depend on the client's business model, market conditions, marketing strategy, team, product, budget and other factors outside CourseBoot's control.
- Guaranteed income or revenue.
- Guaranteed business results or ROI.
- Guaranteed traffic or customer-base growth.
- Guaranteed profitability.
11.2Client responsibility
The business client is solely responsible for the following matters.
CourseBoot does not manage the client's business and is not responsible for commercial results.
- Business decisions and legal compliance.
- Team management and internal operations.
- Creator performance and customer acquisition.
- Marketing strategy and sales performance.
- Financial obligations and enterprise execution.
11.3No performance guarantee
Use of an Enterprise Dashboard, creator tools or payment integrations does not guarantee automatic profit or stable growth.
- A particular number of sales or conversion rates.
- Creator success or affiliate performance.
- Marketing effectiveness or enterprise profitability.
11.4Platform as infrastructure only
CourseBoot acts only as a SaaS infrastructure provider and enterprise technology partner.
The platform is infrastructure only.
Technology does not guarantee profit.
11.5Final limitation
The client uses enterprise services at its own risk and accepts full responsibility for business results, monetization strategy and corporate growth.
Platform final decision
12.1Manual review
CourseBoot may manually review enterprise activity, integrations, payment behavior and compliance status.
A review may apply to individual transactions or the entire business account where suspicious activity or additional verification is involved.
12.2Platform final discretion
CourseBoot independently makes all decisions concerning the following matters.
- Enterprise approval and onboarding access.
- Service availability and integration approval.
- Billing conditions and payment release.
- Service restrictions, account suspension and termination.
12.3Approval rights
CourseBoot is not required to provide enterprise access or custom services automatically where the proposed cooperation appears risky or non-compliant.
CourseBoot may take the following actions.
- Reject onboarding or delay approval.
- Request additional verification.
- Limit enterprise functionality or suspend active services.
- Terminate cooperation without prior notice for severe violations.
12.4Fraud protection
CourseBoot uses fraud prevention systems, compliance reviews and AML checks to protect infrastructure and payment security.
Fraud-related decisions may be made before a full review is completed to reduce platform risks.
12.5Legal compliance
Enterprise decisions and enforcement actions are made in accordance with applicable law, payment provider rules, AML requirements and internal security policies.
CourseBoot's final decision is binding on the business client unless applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
Governing law
13.1Applicable law
These Business / Enterprise Terms and legal relations arising from enterprise services, billing and B2B cooperation through CourseBoot are governed by and interpreted under Estonian law, regardless of conflict-of-law rules in other jurisdictions.
13.2Jurisdiction of disputes
Disputes, claims and legal complaints arising from enterprise cooperation, service restrictions or these Terms are subject exclusively to the competent courts of Estonia unless mandatory applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
13.3Platform protection
CourseBoot may continue applying compliance procedures, service restrictions and payment holds until final legal resolution in order to protect infrastructure, business operations and legal compliance.
13.4Final legal framework
By using CourseBoot enterprise services, the client agrees that legal matters concerning business cooperation and platform enforcement are resolved under Estonian law and within Estonian jurisdiction.
